News aggregator for older browsers.

Today, a new website was opened by the user dsalin - old-news.ct.ws/news.php.
The site is a news aggregator that pulls news from TASS, allowing you to read them in old browsers. Tested in Netscape 6 and Internet Explorer 6.
I add: now the aggregator is not only TASS news, but also "Pikabu".
