ICQ 99b works with KICQ.

Finally managed to befriend this ICQ client with an unofficial server called KICQ. This is done very simply:
1. Download the ICQ 99b client itself: bitbybyte.w10.site/progs/icq99b.exe.
2. Launch the downloaded installer.
3. Install the client.
4. Launch the client.
5. Click the "For Admin Use" button located in the lower left corner of the client window.
6. There we enter the data: server - kicq.ru; port - 4000.
7. We use it as a regular ICQ client: enter an existing number (if any), or register a new one.
