Closing of the oszone.net forum.

There was already news that the forum of the site oszone.net, opened in November 2001, will soon be switched to the "Read-only" mode, and then it will turn off altogether.
The administration promised to turn off the forum in early September. Unfortunately, I think that this date will come soon and the forum will disappear from the network forever.
